Berry Cookies

Practice Making cookies! trial and error this time actually. Since I'm too lazy making the pineapple jam and I'm not really fond of it so that I tried making use of the jam that hubby collects, LOL. He is really a jam lover. Well one thing I can correct my error is the blackberry jam here. Either I put too much or indeed jam is not really good as filling for this cookie. Hmm maybe the dough probably was too thin so the jam melted through it. And butter is changed to margarine next time.

Preparation
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of corn starch
2 Oz of sugar
1/2 cup of butter * try margarine instead, next time
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of Blackberry Jam or other jam you have

How to make
Mix the butter, sugar and egg till they are smooth. Add the flour and corn starch. Mix them well. Look at the pic. Prepare the Jam.

Take the dough with your finger, just enough for making small round on your palm. Take the filling in the middle of the dough. Don't take too much! otherwise you can't cover it. Use your other hand to make the dough round. Put it in a pan. Bake for about 20-25 min
