If you are fans of Costco, better get the 100% beef sausages there!
Good as filling of home made sweet bread bun as well as in a saute pan fried. I made it spicy.

Ingredients

- 4 sticks of beef sausages, sliced each 2 inch and made deep cross on one side. I have no idea how to explain, hope you understand, once in heat pan fried they will open like flowers, sort of.
- 1 fresh red/green jalapeno chili, thinned sliced. *optional*
- green beans and carrots, sliced

- 3 cloves of garlic, half onion, diced.
- 1 tsp of white pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp of chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Extra hot chili sauce ABC
- Sriracha sauce
- 1tsp corn flour dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Methods
Pan fried the slices of sausages with olive oil until the clefts you made on each slice open wide. Put a side.

Saute the garlic, onion, chili, for about 3min, add the carrots first. Cook till tender. Add the green beans and seasonings, sauces, water, sugar, bring to simmer. Add corn flour dissolved in water. Mixed it. Bring to taste, If they meet your taste, add the sausages. Cook for about 2 min.
