Sambal Goreng Ati & Kentang



I Found chicken liver in Publix!^^ Excited!
I can cook it in Indonesian style, Sambal Goreng Ati kentang. It's Saute chicken liver and potatoes in red chili paste and coconut milk.

This is one of fav gourmets served after Ramadan ends, Eid Mubarak day.
Hubby said it's so rich, the flavor!

If you wanna try making it, there are plenty of ready instant seasoning in Asian store, tho you still have to add coconut milk, galangal, kafir lime leaves, lemongrass. It's additional stuff that makes the fragrant stronger and richer. 

If you don't want spicy, you don't have to add slices of fresh chili pepper in it.

you can add shrimps in it. But for now I only want chicken liver. ^^
Served with warm jasmine rice or lontong, my fav.^^
