Carrot Smoothie

Got no Kale and spinach in the fridge doesn't stop me making smoothie! I actually just wanted to make mixed fruits smoothie but then I opened veggie drawer in the fridge and saw pretty carrot begging to be cooked lol.

I only made one big glass for my self. The ingredients are 1 cup OJ, 1 big carrot, 3-4tbsp frozen mixed fruits
(papaya,mango,pineapple, strawberry)and Over ripe banana. Additional 1 tbsp flax seeds and some drops of lemon.

Smoothie Combination

I am in love with green smoothie but I still like my blueberry smoothie as well. I wonder if I combine those. ^^ Love the color that will blend. Anyway I love smoothie that's bit thicker. Hubby loves that's bit thin so he can use straw easily.


Ingredients

Blueberry smoothie
Some blueberries
Orange juice
Bananas
Organic golden flax seeds
Black Jack cherry Frozen yoghurt
I didn't measure those.. depends on how many glasses you wanna have

Green Smoothie
Baby kale
Baby Spinach
Orange juice
Bananas
Mixed frozen fruits (manggo, papaya, strawberry, pineapple)

Methods
Smooth the frozen or rough stuff first with orange juice then you can add the rest of the ingredients. If you like sweet, you can add lil sugar. 
Blend using magic bullet. 
Prepare the glass or jar. Pour the color that you like first. Garnish on top with frozen blueberries. 
The taste is sweet and got the tart sensation from the green smoothie. Love it!

Green Smoothie

Love it!!
Let's go green^^

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup mixed spinach and kale 
1 tsp organic golden flax
1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit : Papaya, strawberry, pineapple, mango.
1 cup water 
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice from half of lemon ( i cut half )
1 tsp sugar *optional*

Method

I used magic bullet 

First, smooth the spinach and kale with 1 cup water and then banana.
Add frozen mixed fruits, flax and bring to taste by adding lemon drop from half medium fresh lemon. If you think you need sugar, just add 1/2 tsp. 
This is only for 1 person. ^^ Coz this is my first experience with the recipe. And wanna test it first. Turned out sooo good!
