Bisquick Pukis

Got plenty of bisquick that hubby likes to make pancakes with and somehow I'm not fans of it, well once in a while just one piece is okay tho.

I prefer batter that used yeast than baking soda or baking powder. The yeast somehow smells like "tape", a yucca root that's fermented.

The recipe is just the same as regular pukis cake but I used butter instead of margarine. Experiment why not in my kitchen >_*
The result is so soft. So make sure you cook it well. *golden dark brown is preferable*

Ingredients

250gr bisquick flour
3 whisked eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp yeast
100gr sugar
85gr butter, melted
chocolate mini semi sweet for topping and filling

Method
Mixed all together except water, pour lil by lil using spatula, mixed it well till no more lumps. Wait for about 10min.

Meanwhile waiting, prepare the molding pan, grease it with cooking spray, wiped it with paper towel.  Set low heat stove.

Pour the batter in the molding pan, 3/4 of the pan, cover the lid. Wait for about 2min, sprinkled the chocolate mini morsels, cover the lid again. cook for about 5 min and sprinkled the chocholate mini again for topping. It's almost done, cook for about 5min. Remove it from the pan. Be careful. It's hot.

Served with hot chocolate and maple syrup if you think it's not sweet enough for you, since I am not into sweet snack. *_*
