Getuk Singkong- Yuca/Cassava Cake

Glad I found Cassava/Yuca in Florida. Bought it at Publix. You can buy in frozen section which is already clean. I guess It would be better, since I rarely got perfect one with the skin still.
What you need & how to 

3 medium Yuca, peeled, washed, cut. Steamed til tender
3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1tsp salt
Mixed all

Use mortar that's covered with plastic to smoothen it
Once its smooth, cover your hands with plastic and place it in the square pan. Shaped it.
Sliced into several small squares with small knife *that's covered with plastic so it wont stick* and served with shredded coconut that's sprinkled with a pinch of salt
