Kue Ku


Kue Ku! My Cake :-) 
Yummy but i don't know if you wanna make it. Need lots of patient since i have no molds as you can see i made 4 only that's quite pretty which actually not for KUE KU molds LOL

Ingredients
For the skin
200gr Glutinous rice flour
3 big potatoes, boiled, mashed smoothly
150 ml coconut milk, warm
50 gr confections sugar 
Mix all till smooth
oOPS Dont FORGET : FOOD COLOR~ Separated the dough into several colors you like to make

For the filling
100gr mung beans, soaked 1hour, steamed for about 45min
100ml coconut milk
65gr sugar
Mix all till smooth
*since i still have left over mashed potatoes then i added here*

Preparation 
Prepare steamer. Banana leaves. Use scissors make into several small squares. Brush with Canola oil

How to make 
Take one spoon of the dough make it smoothly by pushing your fingers on your palm. 
Make it flat and put the filling and cover it well. 
Put it on the banana leaves 
Steam for about 15-20min
after 10min remove the steamer lid and brush each cake with canola oil
