Ingredients
2.5ground beef. 1egg white. 2.5 cup of crushed ice
and bakso mix seasoning
You can use stand mixer or Food processor |

Mix crushed ice with ground beef

| Pour Bakso Mix seasoning |
 |
| Pour 1 egg white n mix it |
 |
| Mix it well |
 |
| add the rest of crushed ice and mix it |
 |
| Ready to be shaped |
Meanwhile prepare the pot for boiling water
once its boiled, turn the stove off
 |
Shape the dough and put it right away into boiled water
they will float n change the color, stir it
|
Turn the stove back on for about 3min till all meatballs cooked
 |
After all cooked, soak in the ice water for a while and drain them
ready to be eaten in any kind of meals or store them in ziploc keep them frozen for later |
