Bakwan Udang -Deep Fried Veggies with chopped shrimps


Bakwan Udang

Ingredients
carrots and cabbages thinnedly slice *i made small portion, so i used 2 carrots, 1/8 cabbage*
5 shrimps, chopped
10 spoons of flour * approximately*
1 tsp of pepper
1tsp of ground corriander
1 tsp of salt
half cup of water/broth
1 tsp of chicken buillion powder

How to make
Mix all ingredients till gravy thick dough
*when you mix it make sure you add the water little by litte
after all the veggies mixed well in the flour
 I did this since veggies produce water, if the dough is already thick then no more water needed* 
Prepare skillet with canola oil in high but once you fried it change into medium heat.
Take 1 full spoon of dough.
Deep fried till its golden brown.
Served with sri racha hot sauce or small green chili pepper.
