CASSAVA-SINGKONG

 Just Cut, Peeled, Washed
 Marinate in salt, pepper, coriander, little bit of water for about 5minutes
 then fry till golden brown

or you can use the food processor to help you cut into chips, you just choose the blade plate
 Cassava Chips in sweet n spicy flavor

All you need is just sambal oeloek ready to go if you don't have fresh red chili
Saute in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Add some sugar, kaffir lime
Add the fried cassava chips and mix them well
