Sweet Buns -Pisang Keju Coklat-

Actually I didn't plan making this bun. ^^
I was making martabak manis, testing my pan from Indonesia. One of the ingredients that I used was yeast, I got the recipe from youtube. But well It was like it's not gonna be that good. I saw bubbles and when it's cooked, it's risen too but the sponge was not like I wanna it to have. The taste was like bread lol. Indeed it's more like to bread texture. 

So after I made 1 pan done then I switched the batter into sweet buns. Just adding 1 cup of bread flour and 1 tbsp butter, salt, sugar. 

I was worried that the yeast that's from the batter of martabak was not enough to make this bread doubled size. But it turned out good!^^
I filled these buns with jack cheddar cheese, nutella and plantain. 

Love it! I could make use of the martabak batter into sweet buns!No wasting! ^^ Happy!
