Tilapia Fillet seasoned in paste of turmeric, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, salt, sambal oelek *chilies* tomato, candle nut *macadamia nut* tamarind paste, galangal roots, palm sugar. Wrapped in banana leaves, add bayleaves, basil,green onion. Steamed for about 45min.
Served it hot with Jasmine rice!
