Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam - Steamed sweet black rice brownies

Brownies is never my cup of tea but since i like chiffon ketan hitam -Sweet Black Rice Chiffon http://foodyfitri.blogspot.com/2012/03/black-sweet-rice-chiffon-cake-chiffon.html- so i thought i wanna try something different with beras ketan hitam *Black rice*. but i didn't use dark chocolate cooking, that's why the taste isn't that sweet and  my hubby doesn't like it.*awasss yaaa* thank God i only made half recipe! *for me it's not that bad tho. I still like it!

This is my first trial steaming cake tho i don't have big steamer to fit the bread pan sort of for this kind of cake so i used round pan and after it's done, to make it better look, i sliced and filled with nutela chocolate so it's high LOL tricky huh! :D

My half recipe without using dark chocolate cooking
Ingredients :
3eggs
100gr sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2tsp vanila
1 tbsp condensed milk
125gr black rice flour
10gr chocolate powder *hersey's*
100ml canola oil

How to make :
Prepare the steamer
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda n baking powder in high speed till the color turn into white pale, developed.
Add vanila, condensed milk.
Add the black rice flour and chocolate powder
Mix them well
Pour it to the pan
cook for 20-30min

You can make twice of this recipe so that you can decorate into two layers and in the middle add some sweet stuff like jam or melted chocolate or cream icing etc
