Indonesian sweet mung beans porridge with sweet potato balls



For Indonesian people, this is common but for American.. hmm seems its kind of weird LOL at least for my hubby :-) well if you wanna try, plenty of recipes on blogs you can find. I found this link friend of mine *hope she doesn't mind* she is very good food photographer. I'm still learning and collecting some props LOL

I added sweet potato balls in it since i still have sweet potatoes but too lazy making other snacks. Sweet potato balls are made from mashed potatoes and tapioca starch. Added some sugar. Shaped into balls. Its kind of sticky. Soon as you shaped them, put them into boiling water, once they're floating means they are done. Pick them and pour into mung beans porridge.
