Lapek Bugis Kacang Hijau
Indonesian Snack is always good accompanying me anytime but the thing is when i wanna make it, can i make it? well i made it finally :D here is the recipe i browsed http://www.sajiansedap.com/recipe/detail/2817/lapek-bugis-kacang-hijau i couldn't wrap it very well so i just did as much as i could.
How to make :
Prepare Banana leaves, cut into small squares
100gr mung beans, soaked it over nite, peeled the skin. Steamed. Mixed with 50gr sugar in food processor. Add little coconut milk till it turned into paste. Make into small balls for the filling.
100gr Glutinous rice flour and 100gr black rice flour. 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix in a bowl. Add warm coconut milk till it turned into dough that you can shape *not sticky*
Take one spoon, flat it in your palm, put the filling in and close it, make it round shape like meatballs. Wrap it in banana leaves and steam for about 20 min. You can serve it with coconut milk that is mixed with rice flour so its a bit thicker. Bon appetite!
