Light Meals |
The simplest and easiest food ever :-) You can combine with seafood or beef. This time i used beef, tofu, eggs. For the veggies i added Bok Choy and Carrots. Prepare the skillets, add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil. Saute Mashed garlic with salt and pepper for about 5min. Add Sliced carrots, cook till they are tender. Add chopped beef or thin small sliced beef. Cook till they are brown. Add diced firm tofu. Meanwhile, prepare the rice noodle. Soak in cold water for about 10 or till they are soft. Drain them. Once they are ready. Pour it to the pan and stir with the rest of the veggies. Add 2-3 tbsp of sweet soy bean sauce. Mix it well. Add 2tsp chicken Bouillon powder. Whisk the egg. Pour it and mix again. Taste it and add more chicken bouillon powder if you think its not enough for you. You can add sliced of chilli pepper if you wanna have it more spicy!
Serve it hot!
