Eating at Bento Sushi makes me wanna make home made sushi. I know it needs lots of work tho.
Actually the one I like more there was seaweed salad.But so far I couldn't find the right one in market.
I made two styles, Nori outside and inside. It is easier putting nori outside than inside tho. I did try putting nori inside but I made mistake, filling it too much so once I rolled it and cut it, messing I got. I only got 2 pretty Nori inside for photo ha ha
Ingredients I used in making sushi only : Nishiki rice, artificial crab meat, carrots, cucumber, thousand island, sesame seeds, green onion.
