Apple Cake

Got Unlucky buying Gala Apples. They are not crunchy! Ughh I really can't stand biting the apple which is just like cotton candy LOL. Asking my friends for idea, Got the cake for my experiment! Browsing the recipe n found http://www.resepkomplit.com/resep-masakan-enak-camilan-keluarga-resep-cake-apel.html but got confused since the recipe isn't that complete *i found out when i was already half way making it* but thank God the taste still yumm n my hubby loves it!
