Serabi Mini Kinca

 Ingredients 
115 gr all purpose flour
40 ml water
75 gr rice flour
400 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp instant yeast 
1/2 tsp baking soda
200 gr granulated sugar
1 egg

Kinca / Sauce
250 ml coconut milk
4 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Pandan leaves


Methods
in a first bowl take 40gr all purpose flour from 115 gr that you have weighed
Mixed with yeast and 40 ml water
cover it for about 30min

in a second bowl, mixed rice flour,the rest of flour and sugar.

after 30min, mixed 1st n 2nd bowl
add coconut milk, add egg. Whisked them well
add baking soda.

Prepare the pan of serabi that's been greased with oil.
Pour the batter to the pan and cook till you see bubble breaks into the surface

You can add topping you like when it's half done such as raisins, banana, shredded chicken, etc
I made the simple one

The sauce
 Cook all ingredients of sauce in a pot, mixed them well till boiled.
