The ideas of making it ; First, I still have plenty of whole wheat flour. Second, I know hubby will love it. Third, I wanna practice  using props I got lol. Forth, I wanna test my red FERRARI!!!

This is half recipe.

Ingredients
Dry mix
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp kosher salt

Wet Mix
1 sticks cold unsalted butter, cut into half inch pieces
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 ounce bittersweet chocolate roughly chops
*I use chocolate here choco chips

Methods
Line baking sheets with parchment
preheat the oven 350F

Shift dry mix into bowl put aside.

Mix butter and sugars
with mixer on low speed mix it for about 2min
use spatula to scrape down sides of bowl.

Add eggs, mixing it till each combined
mix in vanilla,
add flour mixture to bowl and blend on low speed until flour is barely combined about 30 second.
Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl

Add chocolate chips all at once to the batter
mix on low speed till chocolate is evenly combined.

scoop mounds of dough onto baking sheet
leaving few inches between them

Bake it for 16-20min
rotating sheets halfway through until cookies are evenly dark brown
transfer cookies still on parchment to counter to cool
Yummy! I can taste the whole grain and chewy of brown sugar. It's just perfect for the sweetness here.
