Panada -fried bread with tuna filling-

Another fav snacks!
I guess I had ever made one time long time ago but I didn't use tuna. Now I have this kind of tuna in a can. Hubby is so proud with this brand LOL


I used two cans. Pour the water out. Removed tuna from cans,mashed the lumps, Put aside. Getting ready making the seasoning.

Seasoning 
half vidalia onion
4cloves of garlic
6 red small chili peppers
1tsp salt
1tsp lemongrass powder
3 macadamia nuts
1tsp ginger powder
used magic bullet to make it into pure

Prepare pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, saute the pure, till the smell comes out. Add the tuna. Add 5 kaffir lime leaves, 100ml coconut milk.
Stir till it absorbed. Add 6leaves of asian basils. Cool it down.

Now the hard phase for me, kneading the dough >-<
Ingredients

250gr flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 gram active yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
125 ml coconut milk

Methods

in a bowl mixed dried ingredients
then add egg, mixed it and pour coconut milk step by step and knead it till smooth.
cover it 20min

Take some dough, make small round, weigh for about 20gram each.
flattened it into round shape, filled and closed by pinching, it twisting it till it's locked. Do it till all dough finish,
Leave it for 20min.

Prepare the pan with enough cooking oil. Deep fried till it's golden brown.
