Botok Tahu-Steamed tofu with chicken n anchovy

OMG! This is so yummy!
After making somay, i still have 2 chicken boneless breasts n wonder what should i do with that since i am not that into Chicken! Looking at my friend's facebook who posted about BOTOK Tahu.. well well well, got an idea then :-)

Ingredients  A
1 pack of firm tofu, mashed
2 chicken boneless breasts, chopped
4 Tbsp of anchovy (optional, i still have little)

Ingredients B
3 green onion, chopped
4 mushroom, sliced
3 Serrano chilies, chopped * i like hot chili pepper*
2 eggs
150 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp of tamarind

Ingredients C
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tbsp of chicken powder
1 tsp of coriander
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of salt

Ingredients D
1 tbsp of salt
2 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
1 tbsp of pepper
3 red chilies
1 tsp of Nutmeg
Grind them all into pure

How to cook
Marinated the chicken with lemon juice for about 15min. Clean it and marinated with ingredients C for about 15min.
Mix ingredients A, B, D

Prepare banana leaves and steamer. Wrapped in banana leaves and steam for about 30min.

since i only have little banana leaves left, i used aluminum foil but still used the banana leaves inside to make the fragrant of the leaves but if you have enough banana leaves i suggest using that, somehow the leaves make the food more yummy hahaha
