Been long time I haven't got my shrimp. My simplest food ever. Just prepare the skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil. Prepare the onion, Red Peppers and Green Bell peppers. Saute those all. Add salt bring to simmer. Add the shrimps that have been cleaned. Cook for 10min. Add seasoning, black ground pepper, tomato sauce and sweet sour souce. Serve with warm jasmine rice. Bone appetite!
