Putri Ayu *Indonesian Coconut Steamed Cake*

Simple Cake that my mom n sis used to make! But somehow the coconut flake in FL is not quite the same. I did make it smoother by using food processor tho but i guess since it's not fresh so it will never be good, too bad huh.

Ingredients & How to

75gr sugar
2 eggs
Mixed till the color's changing into pale *white*

add
125gr all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
100ml coconut milk

After that add
3 drops of food color *Pandan, strawberry etc*

Prepare Bamboo steamer
Cake mold that's spray with cooking oil
Coconut flake

Take one cake mold and fill the bottom with coconut flake, make it flat around the cake mold. 
then fill with the batter 3/4 of the cake mold. Do that till the rest of the batter.
 Steamed for about 10min. 
Removed the cake carefully from the cake mold
