Kwetiau Goreng

Love this kind of noodle. Its not too big but not too small. Its quite soft after you soaked for few min in a boiling water.  I guess this is kind of Pho Noodle if you eat at Vietnamese Restaurant. It's very easy to make it.

Ingredients and how to cook
1 pack of noodle, soaked in boiling water
Baby bokchoy, cleaned
2 carrots, cleaned, sliced
2 eggs, whisked
3 chopped fresh red chilies
half pack of tofu, diced
sri racha, extra hot sauce *optional if you wanna make it hot*
sweet soy sauce
 3 cloves of garlic, 1tbsp of pepper, 1tsp of salt, Ground them into paste
Prepare skillet with 3tbsp of olive oil. Saute the paste for about 1-2min. Add chillies, carrots, till tender, add tofu, bokchoy and noodle. Add sweet soy sauce, bring to taste, add hot sauce and more salt if you think it's not enough
