Baked-Tofu

I've got the left over filling of *Indonesian empanades a.k.a pastel but too lazy making the skin from the scratch again, So i mixed it with 2.5 pack of square firm tofu. Add grated carrots, green onion, salt, chicken bouilon powder*optional*. Baked in muffin pan that has already brushed with oil for about 45min. Removed and cooled it down. You can eat with fresh green chili or chili sauce. But If you wanna fry it after you bake it then prepare whisk eggs, dipped it. Deep fried till golden brown.
