Roti Sosis

I always love bread! Especially sweet with the filling.
Here's my story of cooking today!

Having red Ferrari makes me wanna learn more about bread. ^^
I watched on youtube about shaping the bun into interesting ones. And easy!

I wanna fill it with my 100% beef sausages I got at Costco. Hot dog there is the only one I dare eating and yummy, thank God. I got it plain no adding mustard, mayo, onion etc. Just with the bun.

I wanna try having beef sausages in my cooking. But first thing first is on my bun.

Here are some pics I could take during the process. First, I made the yeast mixture first. 1 cup warm milk, with 1 tbsp dry yeast, and adding  2tbsp butter, 3/4 granulated sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Mix together and let it rest for about 5min.

In a bowl of standing mixer, I pour 4 cups flour,  2tsp of salt and 1 large egg. Mixed in low speed with stirring paddle. And pour Yeast mixture.
The recipe said if the dough is sticky, add 1 tbsp of flour one in a time.

Exchange the stirring paddle with dough paddle. When the dough is ready, prepare the board that's been pour with vegetable oil. It's better than flour so the bread will be not dry.

Prepare a bowl that's been sprayed with spam or cooking oil. Cover it and let it rest till doubled size.
Cool! It's doubled size and not sticky!. Now shaping the dough. It's fun! I browsed lots of videos how to shape it. ^^ mind my ugly shaping lol still learning. I only used 2 sausages for my trial here.

Ohh I  hope it works and yummy!
Ready to bake!
I swapped top with bottom!. Wait for another couple min.

Voila!! Fresh from the oven.
 Smells so good and yummy!
Hubby just got back home and tried 2 buns since I haven't cooked for our meals. He loves it.

 I love it!
The slice of sausage for this shape is hidden in the middle. Before baking I added green onion, tomatoes, seasoned with black pepper, pinch of salt, and olive oil. I should put onion too but I didn't have it. Smells even better.
