Onde-Onde Kurma

Onde-Onde is made of glutinous rice flour with mung beans filling. But this time I made the filling with dates.

Ingredients
For the skin
200 gr glutinous rice flour
10 gr tapioca starch
60 gr sugar
1/2tsp salt
200 ml coconut milk *heat it up in microwave for 1min*
Mixed them all, knead it till you can shape it.

For Filling
Some dates Soaked in hot water *if the dates are bit dry to make it into jam*
Use magic bullet add bit water to make it works and then cook in low heat, add some sugar. Stirred it till it turned into paste.


 Pinched some dough and flattened on your palm, filled with the jam, covered it neatly, shaped into round and dipped in water and rolled it in sesame seeds
After you finish with the dough, Prepare the pan with enough cooking oil. Deep fried till golden brown.
Served while it's warm for best result.
