Home made MeatBalls -Indonesian Style-


This is the yummiest ones i've ever made! I didn't use any measurements this time maybe because i get used to cooking huh! LOL

Ingredients i used some are like in the pic.
1pack of Ground beef, 1 pound. 1 Onion. 3 cloves of garlic. Maybe 3 Spoons of pepper. 4-5 Garlic salt. 2 eggs white. 5 tsp of tapioca flour. 4 ice cubes, 3 tsp of bread crumb *optional*

Prepare the food processor for mixing all.
First start with onion and garlic. Add the pepper, ground beef, tapioca, egg whites, ice, till they blend well.

Meanwhile, prepare the pot with water, turn the heat on till the water is boiled.
Once the water is boiled. You shape the dough with 2 tea spoons if you don't want your hands dirty LOL.
With the helper of spoon, you can shape the dough into balls. Put them in the boiling water right away. Once they float, move them to cold water. They are ready to be eaten but you can Keep them in freezer if you don't want to eat them right away.


You can cook meatballs any way you want to. Usually for Indonesian, they eat with rice noodle soup, just like Bowl of Pho vietnamese tho the seasoning of the soup is not the same. Or They add meatballs in the fried noodle and fried rice. They are so yummy!
